On 29th April 2007 a 3rd Celtic Charity Fund badge day was held. This badge was available for a £1 donation (minimum) before the home match v Hearts. The badge was a nice 40th anniversary of Lisbon issue. See image below
On 11th May 2008 a 4th Celtic Charity Fund badge day at the Celtic v Hibernian SPL match saw a lighter new Celtic Cross style badge issued.
On 24th May 2009 Celtic held their 5th Charity Fund badge day at Celtic v Hearts match. To me the badge available is identical to May 2008 badge - a pity no one bothered to put effort into making a new design.
On 25th September 2010 Celtic held a Charity Fund badge day for CHAS. A heart shaped badge was available for a donation. Sellers were at turnstiles before the match v Hibernian.
